Our Story

La Noisette Sweets, located in Berkeley,  was founded by Alain Shocron in Berkeley. Influenced by his Mediterranean and Parisian upbringing, Alain bakes pastries, cakes, and breads that are the culmination of his childhood memories and professional experience as a pastry chef.

 

La Noisette offers a delectable array of pastries, viennoiseries, tarts, breads, and cakes for all occasions.

 

Alain’s pursuit of perfection is evident in the flavors of his baked goods. Stemming from recipes and ingredients that have been refined through trial and error, La Noisette Sweets embodies the culinary expression that Alain wishes to portray through his work. Each item tells a story which can only be experienced at first bite.
